Originally developing and building on our own sites, the past year has seen us building extensions for clients which is working for us to fit in between our own projects. We now want to grow this side of the business and ramp up the client work significantly. Ideally, prospects will be within the Southport area, but we do cover down to Formby, up to Preston and out to Ormskirk. We’re geared up for the larger, more complex opportunities with an average cost of £80k.
